Whether healing through trauma, experiencing life shifts, or having the desire to explore the depths of YOU, it is my intention during each session to assist and support you through your journey.
About 20 years ago, I experienced a profound healing through Reiki. This experience is what has propelled me into the healing arts. I have been an Usui Reiki Master since 2003. I am also a Core Shamanic Practitioner and a Golden Orb Energy Healer.
INTUITIVE GUIDANCE

During these sessions I draw on a variety of techniques and knowledge that allow for a more interactive and exploratory journey through your healing process. Some of the modalities and information that could be potentially utilized and/or channeled include…
- Golden Orb Energy Healing (a method of hands on healing that is effective for clearing outdated behavior).
- Shamanic techniques such as soul retrieval/power animal retrieval/extractions
- Knowledge of aromatherapy, chakras, color/sound therapy, crystal therapy, animal energies
- Guided meditation/hypnosis
What to expect during an Intuitive Guidance or Reiki session…
- It seems funny to say but you are fully clothed. This is not a massage. Although you will be laying comfortably on a massage table, face up, during session.
- Communication. I do allow time at the start and end of each session for sharing information. This aspect is an integral part of Intuitive Guidance.
- Some clients have reported seeing colors, experiencing an “out of body” sensation, temperature changes throughout the body, feeling completely relaxed.
